Not Sub-Editors Job To Clean Mess

I have been extremely busy, and therefore not been able to blog. Forgive me. There are some exciting new projects though, like Tenaganita’s new book on trafficked sex workers. When it is released, you need to get it!

In the meantime, this little snippet from the Press Gazette tickled me. “Sub-editors not there to clean others’ mess” reads the headlines.

Sub-editors exist to “refine and polish” copy and should not be a safety net for sloppy reporters, Hull Daily Mail editor John Meehan has told Press Gazette.

Mr. Meehan needs to work in the publishing industry in Malaysia!

I’m currently reading Neil Gaiman’s “The Graveyard Book“. And I just finished re-reading the entire Sandman saga. Highly recommended! Below is a cool illustration of Cris Vector, featuring the Endless siblings (of which the Sandman, or Dream, belongs – he’s in the middle).
