RSF Blogs

Reporters Without Borders (RSF) has started it’s own blog platform. I’m not sure if it’s free, a few months back it was a paid service (to support RSF), with a free trial. Now, it’s not very clear, because on the left column, it says it’s free, whereas on the right column, it says one month’s free trial.

I thought I’d check it out, mainly because:

Unlike some hosting companies which become accomplices to governments in repressive countries by surrendering their bloggers’ personal data, we undertake never to provide any information about your identity as long as all you are doing is exercise your right to free expression.

Good, no?

Saying that, the free thing has caused some suspect blogs to be hosted at RSF. Take a look at these.

Hmm… so much for dissident voices and freedom of expression. But I’m no better, I guess, since I’m just test driving this blog platform. Check out my Plot Gone Pot Blog (heh, love how that trips off the tongue) at RSF.
